Document ID: `pllm.docs.protocols.garbling.weighted-path`
Release: `0.1.0`

Weighted paths encode a sequence of predicates and selected contributions rather than a dense table. A component must state path topology, hidden and public structure, comparison semantics, branching leakage, numeric bounds, and worst-case work.

The protected-traversal direction comes from
[Oblivious Decision Programs](/research/papers/r10-oblivious-decision-programs/)
and [FEV-BDD](/research/papers/r11-fevbdd/). It is distinct from compressing a
public decision diagram: hiding traversal choices changes the protocol contract,
not only the representation size.

This is an extension category, not a shipped support claim. Candidate research enters through source and method records before any compiler profile can select it.

No public Python API currently exposes a weighted-path component. Follow
[research methods](/research/methods/) before treating this extension category as
an executable support claim.
